SC Judgement - Rights of Minority Institutes are not Absolute-2

•The right to freedom of trade or business is not absolute, but subject to reasonable restrictions in the interest of the students’ community to promote merit, recognition of excellence, and to curb the malpractices.
•The constitutionality of the NEET examination has been upheld.
•Providing admission to non-minority students will also not interfere with the right of a Minority Educational Institution to manage its affairs for the benefit of the Minority Community.
